Hi Nick, very many thanks to you and Thomas Hancox for such a smooth operation in the delivery of our Bowman Starlight 35 from Fehmarn Island to Hythe Marina, Southampton. We are delighted and impressed with the service from start to finish; your timely phone call and reassuring, can do attitude, your staff's prompt attention and the arrival of Thomas in such good time. We thought he was really excellent and a credit to you and UKSA. He was so careful and thoughtful. You cannot imagine how relieved I was when I gave him a cup of tea at breakfast and he reached straight for a table mat. Silly, I know, but it is such seemingly trivial things that make all the difference to me. The questions he asked during the handover quickly put our minds at rest, ranging as they did from the technical to the domestic. We were quite relaxed during the time Starpilot was at sea because we knew she was in good hands. Thomas left the boat exactly as he found it, for which we are so grateful. Should we need a delivery in the future we will definitely come back to Reliance and we will recommend you to our friends. We will post the signed handover acceptance form to you asap. Just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for hooking us up with Georges. Very professional, patient with us, interesting and fun to be around. We had a few boat problems (with the boat) and he's handled them calmly and efficiently, and his Portuguese language skills have come in handy often. So far, a perfect choice for this assignment, and I'm certain I'll be saying the same thing when we reach Trinidad. Now, if you could arrange just a little more wind, that would be great.
